Info on deliveries from Josh to Italy?

Hello everyone!
First of all congratulations on this forum - I recently decided to buy a PAM rep, and you people saved me from possible scams

)
So I ordered a 029 from Josh, and so far so good. What I am wondering is if anyone has experienced having the watches shipped to Italy through the UK. I tracked it until delivery there, but then was not provided a tracking number from the UK to Italy - is this normal? In past experience, how long does delivery from there take?
Thanks in advance if anyone can shed some light on this!
